Since we are on the ground floor, it’s pretty easy for parents to bring their kids in for the abacus classes. We don’t have to deal with elevators or long flights of stairs. The space is simple. We have mats and small tables for the kids to sit at while they work with their abacus frames. It’s a local neighborhood vibe here. We know the people who live in the surrounding houses and they know us. We aren't a big chain; we are just a small local business. The office is often filled with the sound of kids clicking their beads and talking. It’s not a quiet corporate environment, that’s for sure. We spend our time teaching and making sure everything is ready for the next class. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when one class is leaving and another is arriving, but that’s just how it goes.
