We are a small consultancy group. We spend most of our time going through data or talking to people about their business needs. It’s not a glamorous life, but it keeps us occupied. We have a few computers, some old filing cabinets, and enough chairs for whoever comes to visit. We don't bother with fancy decorations. We think the work matters more than how the office looks. Some days we are really busy and the phones don't stop ringing. Other days it’s just the sound of typing. We’ve been doing this for a bit now, so we have a routine. We come in early, handle the paperwork, and try to make sense of whatever problems our clients bring in. It’s just honest work. No big speeches or corporate talk here. We just like to get things sorted out and go home at the end of the day. It’s how we’ve always done things at Elkay, and we don't plan on changing it.
