Being that high up means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice during the humid months. Gariahat Road is always packed with people shopping and traffic moving slowly, but up here it’s a lot quieter. We handle holiday resorts and hotel stuff. It’s mostly just making sure people have a place to stay when they go on vacation. We’ve got a few desks and a lot of folders. The 8th floor is quite high, so we rely on the elevator a lot. Sometimes it takes a while to arrive if everyone else in the building is using it. West Bengal weather can be tough, but the office stays relatively cool. We aren't trying to be some massive corporate entity with polished glass walls. It's just a regular office where we do our daily tasks. We take our lunch breaks together sometimes, or just grab a quick snack from the vendors downstairs. South Kolkata has its own rhythm, and we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The name Dius is short and simple, which we liked. We just keep our heads down and try to keep the hotel business side of things organized for everyone involved.
