Deluxe International

Our office is over in Century Plaza on Netaji Subhas Road. It’s a well-known building in this area, so most people don’t have much trouble finding us. We’ve been based here for a long time now. The road outside is always packed with traffic and people walking to the nearby offices. We do international trade work, which mostly involves a lot of paperwork and tracking shipments on the computer. It’s not very exciting to look at, just a few desks and some filing cabinets that are starting to get too full. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy like that. You just walk in and we’re right there working. Sometimes the elevator in the plaza acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It’s a bit of a climb, but it’s good exercise I suppose. We deal with people from all over, but we still feel like a local business at heart. The staff here has stayed the same for years, so we’re more like a small family. We don't put on any airs or graces. We just get the work done and try to stay ahead of the deadlines. Lunchtimes are usually spent at one of the stalls on the street below. There’s a lot of good food around here if you know where to look. It’s a busy, noisy part of the city, but we like the energy of it. It suits us.
