People around Santoshpur know us as the quiet group on the third floor. We try to keep things straightforward and don't spend much time on decorations or flashy signs. It’s mostly about the files and the advice we give. We have been here long enough that the local tea stall knows our order by heart. It’s a good spot to sit and think. We don't have a big reception area, so visitors usually just knock and find a chair. It works for us.
