Codebaba Academy Private Limited is based over in Salt Lake, specifically in Sector 2 at BL-282. If you know the area, it’s much quieter than the rest of Kolkata. There are more trees and the roads are a bit wider. Our office is in one of the blocks, and it feels more like a house than a workplace. We’ve got a few rooms set up with desks and chairs. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time. We aren't into the whole suit-and-tie thing. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. We spend a lot of time on our computers, writing stuff or fixing things that aren't working right. The morning starts with someone opening the windows to let some air in. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee or tea. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit if the weather is nice. It’s a simple setup. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights. People usually find us by looking for the block number. It’s a good spot because we can actually hear ourselves think here. We just go about our business, doing what needs to be done. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work. We like being in this part of town because it’s peaceful and it lets us focus on the work without too many distractions or all that city noise.
