Cks Nirman Llp is based in Arjun Enclave on Judges Court Road. We are in Flat 4A, which is at 12C. Alipore is a nice, quiet part of Kolkata compared to the rest of the city, so we like having our office here. It’s a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace. You’ll see plenty of files and site maps spread across the tables. We are a small group of people who focus on building and construction. We don't have a big staff of salespeople. Usually, it’s just us talking directly to the people who want to build something. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with different crews and making sure they have what they need at the site. It’s a lot of juggling, and sometimes things go wrong, but we just try to fix it and keep moving. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to finish the work we started and make sure the walls are sturdy. The traffic on Judges Court Road can be a bit much during the day, but it’s a good location for us. We’ve worked on several projects around this area and further out in the suburbs. It’s a steady job and we take it seriously, even if we don't look like a big corporate firm. We just focus on the actual building work and getting things done without making a big fuss.
