Carrier Coaching Educational Services is based at P 44 on C I T Road. If you know that part of Kolkata, you know it gets quite busy during the day. We are right in the middle of all that noise and movement. The building itself is just a standard place, nothing that really stands out from the outside. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of desks and the sound of people talking through different problems. We have been here at 700054 for a while now, so we are used to the pace of the street. There are usually stacks of textbooks and old registers piled up in the corner. It feels more like a lived-in office than a corporate school. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the stuff we need to get through the lessons. The ceiling fan hums along while we work, and sometimes the traffic on C I T Road gets so loud we have to speak up a bit. It’s just a practical space where people come to learn things. There is no big secret to what we do; it’s just a lot of repetition and practice. Every morning starts with opening the shutters and ends with tidying up the chairs for the next day. It’s a simple routine that we’ve stuck to for a long time. Carrier Coaching is just a part of the daily life around here. We just try to get through the material and make sure everyone understands.
