Career Step

Career Step is located in Manjari Apartment on A J C Bose Road. We are in the Beniapukur area, which is always busy with traffic and people moving around. Being near Frank Antony Public School is a good way to find us if you are new to the area. The apartment building is a bit older, and we are tucked away inside. You have to walk up the stairs, and it feels like a regular home until you see the rooms set up for studying. There is always the sound of traffic from A J C Bose Road in the background, but you get used to it after a few days. We don't have any glossy brochures or a fancy lobby. It’s just a place where we keep our files and where the students sit. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, so most of us just use the stairs. It is quite a practical setup. We have whiteboards and some markers that always seem to run out at the wrong time. We don't try to sound like a big company because we aren't one. It’s just a small team of us working here. Most of our students come from the local schools around Beniapukur. We spend our days checking papers and explaining math problems or grammar. It’s honest work and we like being in this part of Kolkata. It feels real and connected to the city. We have been at this address for several years now.
