Buy Or Lease Digha Hotel

We’ve been working out of our office at 2/45 Dum Dum Road for a good while now. Kolkata is a busy place, and our corner of it is no different. We spend most of our time dealing with hotels down in Digha. It’s a simple setup. Some people come to us because they want to buy a hotel and run it themselves. Others just want to lease a place for a few years to see if they like the hospitality business. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to property owners and folks looking for a new start by the sea. It isn't a very glamorous job. There is a lot of paperwork and checking on titles or lease terms. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with some desks and a lot of files. We know the Digha area pretty well since we’ve been focused on it for so long. People usually just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign on Dum Dum Road. We try to keep things easy for everyone. Property stuff can get real messy if you aren't careful, so we just stick to the facts and help people get their deals done. The traffic outside can be pretty loud, but we’ve gotten used to it. It’s just us doing our daily work and helping people find a spot in Digha.
