Burhani Traders

Burhani Traders is tucked away at No. 3 Chandney Chawk. If you know this area, you know it’s a hub for all sorts of hardware and trading businesses. We are right in the middle of it all. Our shop is filled with various tools and parts that people come looking for when they have a repair job or a project to finish. It’s a narrow space, but we try to keep it as organized as we can so we can actually find things when a customer asks. Chandney Chawk is always loud and crowded, with people shouting and carts moving back and forth, but we’ve grown to like the energy of it. We spend most of our day talking to regular customers who have been coming to us for years. We don't spend money on advertising or anything fancy like that. Word of mouth is usually how people find their way to our counter. Sometimes we have to hunt through the back shelves to find a specific part that hasn't been asked for in months, but usually, we know exactly where everything is. It’s a lot of handshakes and quick conversations while we wrap up items in newspaper or bags. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just here to sell hardware and keep the shop running. It’s a solid way to spend the day in a very busy part of town where work never stops.
