Brainware Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is tucked away in Sector V of Salt Lake, specifically at Y 8, Block E.P. If you’ve ever been to the IT hub in Kolkata, you know how it is. It’s a sea of glass buildings and people carrying laptop bags. Our office is a bit more modest than some of the giants nearby. We’ve been here since Salt Lake started becoming a big deal for tech. It’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time on phone calls or trying to fix bugs that shouldn't be there. The air conditioning is always a bit too cold, and there’s always a stack of empty tea cups near the sink. We aren't trying to be some revolutionary startup. We’re just a group of consultants who know our stuff. We’ve helped a lot of local businesses get their systems in order. It’s not always glamorous work. Sometimes it's just tedious data entry or explaining the same thing over and over. But we like the people we work with, and the commute isn't too bad if you time it right. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us huddled around a desk solving some problem. That’s how we like to work. It’s simple and direct. We don’t feel the need to use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and help people use their technology better.
