Bayer Crop Science Ltd

Our office is at 18/1 Maharshi Devendra Road. We are up on the 4th floor. It’s a busy part of the city, and Maharshi Devendra Road always has something going on with people and traffic. Bayer Crop Science Ltd is where we work every day. The office is full of stuff related to crops and seeds. We spend a lot of time looking at data and talking to people on the phone. The fourth floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street, but not much. You can still hear the city down below throughout the day. The office is pretty basic. We have rows of desks and some cabinets for all the records. We keep a lot of samples around, so it can look a bit cluttered at times. It is a place where we get things done without a lot of fuss or fancy meetings. We have a small area where we eat our lunch and have some tea. The light in the afternoon is quite bright, so we usually have to pull the shades down to see the screens. We have been here for a bit now, and we know the building well. It’s a solid, practical workspace. We aren't here to make it look like a showroom; it's just where the work happens and where we spend our time every day of the week.
