Our office is located in Sikkim House on Middleton Street, right on the 4th floor. It’s the corner of Shakespeare Sarani and Middleton Street, which is a pretty well-known spot in Kolkata. Being up on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise of the street below, though it’s still pretty busy around here. We spend our days dealing with various property matters and keeping things organized. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms where we meet and talk about our projects. We have been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of this part of the city. We don’t go in for big marketing speeches or anything like that. It’s just us, working on our plans and making sure things are moving along as they should. Most of the time, we’re either on the phone or looking at site updates. It’s a practical workspace, nothing too fancy. People come by to drop off documents or have a quick meeting, and we just handle it as it comes. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find. It’s just a standard office routine for everyone at Basera Abasan Llp. We stay busy and try to make sure everything is handled properly without making a big fuss about it. We just keep our heads down.
