B. K. Group

B. K. Group is located over in Newtown, specifically at D115 on Street 176 in the Narkelbagan area. It is a pretty handy spot because we are quite near the BSNL office, so whenever we have to give someone directions, we just tell them to look for that landmark. Newtown has changed so much since we first started working here. It used to be much quieter with fewer buildings and more open space, but now everything is growing so fast. Our office is just a regular room where we handle our business. We spend a lot of time checking on different projects and talking to people who are interested in the area. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees, just a dedicated group of us who know this neighborhood inside and out. There is always someone coming in to ask about a plot of land or how the construction is going on a certain street. We try to keep things simple and do not use a lot of complicated words when we talk to folks. It is mostly about figuring out what people need and seeing if we can help them out. The kettle is usually on for tea, and the phone rings quite a bit throughout the day. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that, just a place where we get the work done and keep track of all the local real estate changes.
