You can find us over at 5 Park Lane in Kolkata. Rajan Peter is the one who oversees things here at AVPP Hospitality. Park Lane is a pretty busy spot, as anyone who lives in Kolkata knows. There is always noise from the traffic and people moving about, which is just part of being in this area. Our office is tucked away in this part of town, and we’ve been here for a good while. We handle various hospitality tasks, mostly focusing on the day-to-day things that keep a business running. It’s not a corporate environment with people in suits all day. We are more casual and just focus on getting through the daily list of chores. Sometimes the phones are ringing non-stop, and other times it’s a bit more relaxed. Being near the center of the city means we are close to everything, which helps when we need to get supplies or meet people. We started this LLP to have a presence in the local hospitality scene. It’s a lot of practical work, like managing schedules and looking after the property details. We don't have a big glossy brochure or a fancy website because we prefer to just talk to people directly. If you are around Park Lane, you’ll see that it’s a mix of old buildings and new energy. That’s pretty much how we operate too, just staying steady in a fast-paced city.
