Avirag Greenpark Llp

Our office is tucked away on the second floor of a building on Crooked Lane. Room 230, to be exact. If you know Kolkata, you know these old streets can be a bit of a maze. Avirag Greenpark is what we call ourselves, but most of the time it’s just three of us sitting at desks trying to get through the daily pile of work. The building is one of those classic ones with high ceilings and narrow stairs. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We deal with green spaces and land projects, though a lot of our time is actually spent on the phone or looking at maps. It isn't always exciting. Sometimes the lift doesn't work, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good for the legs I suppose. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. We like it because it's central and we can grab a quick tea just downstairs. We don't have any flashy signs or a big lobby. Just a door with our name on it. Most of our clients are people we've known for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in West Bengal, just trying to do a solid job and keep the lights on. It’s a bit cramped with all the files, but it feels like home. We usually stay late most evenings just to finish up our paperwork.
