If you go to Fortuna Tower on NS Road, you’ll find us on the 7th floor in Room 29. We’ve been running ATC Business Solutions out of this space for quite a while now. Being up on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are just looking at the buildings next door. It’s a busy part of Kolkata, right in the 700001 district, so there’s always people coming and going. Our office is pretty basic. We have our desks, some chairs for visitors, and the usual office equipment. We don't go in for anything too flashy because we’d rather just focus on the work. We handle various business solutions, mostly helping other companies with their administrative or operational needs. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of attention to detail, so it can get pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused. We usually have the radio on low in the background just to break the silence. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time. They know where to find us and they know we aren't going to give them a sales pitch. We just tell them what can be done and how long it might take. It’s a small operation, but we take pride in staying organized. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, but that’s just life in a big city tower like this one. We keep the kettle going for tea and just work through our lists until the day is done.
