Arsha Green Fields Farmers Producer Company Limited

Out here in Purulia, things move a little slower than in the big cities like Kolkata. We are Arsha Green Fields and we set up our spot near the Sirkabad Bus Stand. It's easy to find because everyone knows where the buses stop. We work out of Nepal Chandra Gorai's place. It's a village life, through and through. Farmers come by often to talk about the crops or the weather. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere when the buses pull in and out. We spend our mornings checking on things and talking to the local folks. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the land pretty well. It gets quite hot in the summer, really dry and dusty. But we keep at it. Being a producer company means we deal with a lot of people from the nearby fields. It’s not just an office; it’s more like a meeting point for everyone. We have a few wooden benches where people sit and rest. We don't use big words or fancy computers for everything we do. Paper and a good pen still do the job most days. It’s honest work, and it feels right to be doing it here in Arsha. You can hear the chickens in the back sometimes. It's a real place with real people trying to make things work in this corner of West Bengal. We don't have a website yet. Just this small building and our daily tasks. It's enough for us.
