Arpan Care Foundation

Arpan Care Foundation is situated over in Tripura Colony. We share the space with Suresh Upadhyay, who is the son of Shri Shyam Nath Ji Upadhyay. It is a family-oriented area, so it’s pretty peaceful most of the time. We aren’t some big institution with a glass building. We just have a few rooms where we keep our supplies and do our paperwork. The colony is a nice place to be based. You see the same faces every morning when you arrive. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. There is a desk, a couple of computers, and a lot of notebooks. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to get things sent off, but that’s just how it goes sometimes. We don’t try to act like we are bigger than we are. It’s a small team, and we all know what needs to be done. We take turns making the tea and cleaning up the office when things get a bit messy. It’s more like a home than a workplace in some ways. Being in Tripura Colony means we are close to the people we are actually around. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to people and do our jobs. It’s simple and honest. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay for the long haul.
