Anupama Hospitality LLP is located over in Kasba, on Banku Behari Chatterjee Road. It’s a very busy part of Kolkata, near the 700042 pin code area. Our building at number 45 is tucked into a street that always seems to have something going on. We handle different hospitality tasks from here. It is a lot of managing rooms and making sure guests have what they need. The area is quite packed with shops and other small businesses, so there is a lot of noise from the street. We’ve spent a lot of time getting this place to work the way it does. It isn't a massive operation, just a local business trying to stay on top of things. Every morning starts with checking the laundry and seeing what repairs need to be done. In Kolkata, the humidity can be tough on buildings, so we are always painting or fixing something. Our staff is mostly local people who know the Kasba area well. We don't go in for big advertisements or fancy talk. We just focus on the day-to-day work of running a hospitality business. Sometimes the traffic on Banku Behari Chatterjee Road makes it hard for deliveries to get to us, but we manage. It’s a practical life here, and we just try to keep the doors open and the rooms ready for whoever comes by. We stay busy with the local crowd and travelers alike throughout the year.
