Anand Niketan

Our place, Anand Niketan, is located at 8 A, South Sealdah Road. If you know where Munsi Bazar is, then we are quite close to that area. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but most people in the neighborhood know where we are. We have been at this address in Kolkata 700015 for quite some time now. The building is just a regular house turned into a place for learning. It is a bit old, but it stays cool enough in the summer months. We don’t have any big signs or bright lights outside. It is just a quiet spot where we sit down and get to work. Most days are pretty much the same. We start early when it’s still a bit quiet on South Sealdah Road and then things pick up as the students arrive. There is always a bit of chatter near the Munsi Bazar side, but it doesn't bother us much. We have a couple of rooms that we use. They aren't very big, but they fit enough people. We keep our books and supplies stacked up in the corner. It is a bit cluttered sometimes, but we know where everything is. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but that’s not really the priority right now. We are just focused on the daily routine and making sure everyone shows up on time. It is a humble setup, but it serves the purpose for the people living around here.
