When you walk in, you’re likely to see someone sitting at a wooden desk with a ledger. The humidity in Dum Dum can be quite high, so the air feels heavy most of the time. We keep the doors open to let some breeze in. It’s a very local way of doing business. People stop by to chat or ask questions about their orders. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall owner quite well. It’s a straightforward operation without any unnecessary frills.
