Ambuja Cement Eastern Limited

Located at 47/4A Becharam Chatterjee Road, our office is just a simple part of the Kolkata landscape. We operate under Ambuja Cement Eastern Limited. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and the files we need to keep track of. Working in West Bengal, you get used to the noise of the streets and the way the day moves. We handle the local side of things here. It's mostly just making sure the cement gets to where it’s supposed to go without too much trouble. Sometimes the rain slows things down, and we end up sitting around waiting for the weather to clear so the trucks can move. We’re not into big speeches or trying to sound like a huge company. We’re just guys and gals who show up, do the work, and go home. The office has that smell of old paper and maybe a bit of dust, which is normal for this kind of business. We’ve got a couple of computers that have seen better days, but they still work well enough for the entries. If someone walks in, they usually just want to know a price or a delivery date. We give them a straight answer and that's that. No need to make it more complicated than it is. It’s just a regular job in a busy part of town. We've been here a while and know the neighbors pretty well.
