Over in Raghudevpur, you’ll find our place. A.H.Rubber Mfg.& Trading Co. is right here in the village. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the city, but this is where we work. We manufacture rubber goods and also do some trading on the side. The village life is slower, which suits us just fine. Our building isn't anything fancy. It’s just a practical space where we can keep our materials and run our equipment. We deal with raw rubber and finished products every day. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the post office nearby, but we usually give them directions. Being in a small place like Raghudevpur means everyone knows what we’re doing. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the rubber products we send out are decent. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers. The floor is usually covered in scraps, and we sweep it up at the end of every shift. It’s a small team here. We all do a bit of everything, from moving boxes to writing invoices. It gets hot in the summer with the machines running, but we manage. If you need rubber parts and don't mind coming out to the village, we’re usually here from morning until evening. It's just a regular local business doing its thing without any fuss. We hope the rain doesn't leak through the roof this year.
