We are tucked away in Kolkata at 23/T, Motilal Basak Lane. If you know where the Suraj Jute Mill is, we are right behind that compound. It’s an old part of the city, and the lanes can get pretty narrow and crowded, especially during the festivals. Our office is in a building that has a lot of character, which is a nice way of saying it’s quite old. The walls have some cracks and the windows rattle when a big truck goes by, but it’s home to us. We’ve got a small crew working here. It’s usually pretty loud with everyone talking at once and the sounds of the street coming in. We don't have any fancy air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that do their best. There’s always someone making tea or bringing in some sweets to share. We don't follow a strict corporate schedule. We get here early and stay until the work is finished. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. Most of us have been working in this area of Kolkata for years. We know the local tea stall owners and the guys at the corner shop. We aren't interested in being a big, flashy company. We just want to provide for our families and do honest work. If you come by, don't expect a polished showroom. It’s just a busy office where real work happens every single day and everyone knows each other.
