We are located at 15D, Bidhanpally in Garia. It is a bit of a maze back here if you don't know the lanes. Aayansh Securities Systems is the name we went with. The office is in a residential-looking building. We have a small sign outside so people don't get lost. Garia is a busy part of Kolkata. There is always the sound of rickshaws and people talking. We have a couple of rooms with high ceilings. It stays relatively cool, which is nice during the humid months. We have a lot of equipment stacked in the corners. It's not very organized, but we know where everything is. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background. It helps with the focus. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks at people coming in. He's harmless, just loud. We are a small team. We've known each other for a long time. There's no hierarchy here really. We just all pitch in. We have a small balcony where we go to get some air. You can see the rooftops of the other houses from there. It's a simple setup. We aren't trying to impress anyone. We just do the work we have and hope for the best. Most days we finish by six and head home before the trains get too crowded. It's been a few years since we started and it feels like a second home.
