Aador Foundation

If you are around the 700057 area of Kolkata, you might find us over on MM Feeder Road. We are up on the third floor, in Flat 7 SE. It is one of those typical Kolkata buildings where you can hear the street noise all day long. Aador Foundation is just a small setup we have going. We are not a big organization with branches everywhere. It is just this one office where we sit and do our work. The stairs can be a bit of a climb, but we are used to it by now. We spend our time working on things that matter to us, mostly just keeping things running smoothly. There is not any fancy furniture or a reception desk. It is just a few desks, some files, and a lot of passion for what we do. We like being in this part of town because it feels real. You see the markets and the people every morning. We do not have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, have our coffee, and get to work. Sometimes it is chaotic, and sometimes it is slow, but that is just how it goes. We are not trying to sell anything or look bigger than we are. We are just a group of people in an apartment trying to do something decent for the neighborhood and seeing where it takes us each day.
