You can find us at Plot No- W-66 in the MIDC area of Sambhaji Nagar, right in Shiroli. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with welding rods and scrap metal lying around, but we know where everything is. Fabrication is what we do all day long. The smell of burning metal and the bright flashes from the welding torches are just normal parts of the environment here. It’s a small shop, so we all have to wear many hats. One minute I’m looking at a drawing and the next I’m helping move a heavy frame. We don't have any fancy software to manage things; a chalkboard on the wall keeps track of our deadlines. The noise can be quite loud when the grinders are going, so we do a lot of shouting to communicate. We’ve been in Shiroli for a good number of years. It’s a tight-knit community of workshops around here, and we often borrow tools from each other if something breaks. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just like doing the work and seeing a project come together from raw pieces of iron. The rain sometimes leaks through a small hole in the roof, but we just put a bucket under it and keep going. It’s a real place with real people doing a tough job. We just take it one day at a time and see how it goes.
