Tradeazy Traders And Developers Llp operates out of a small flat in the Sankpal Complex. We are in Flat No 1, on the ground level, which makes it handy for moving samples in and out. This is in the Karveer Unchgoan area of Kolhapur. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood compared to the city center. We do a mix of trading materials and some local development work. The office is basically just a few desks and a lot of filing folders. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. Kolhapur is a good place to be because people still value a handshake and a direct conversation. We handle the paperwork and the planning right here from the flat. It’s a family-run kind of feel, even if we are registered as an LLP. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside while we are trying to finalize a contract. We don't mind the noise; it feels more real than a sterile office building. We deal with suppliers from all over Maharashtra to get the right stuff for our projects. We aren't doing any massive malls or anything, just small to medium developments that people actually need. We just take things as they come and try to stay busy. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s ours and we work hard at it every day to make sure things get finished.
