We are based out of Jaysingpur, which is in the Kolhapur district. Our place is on 2nd Lane. It’s a smaller town compared to the big cities, so everyone kind of knows where everything is. We spend our time working on local developments. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we sit and talk to folks. It can get pretty hot here during the summer months. We've been in this spot for a bit. Usually, we're out on sites or dealing with local authorities. Dealing with construction in a place like this means you get to know the neighbors. We try to keep things moving along. Sometimes the rain slows things down, especially during the monsoon season. That’s just how it goes in Maharashtra. We've got a handful of people working here in this branch. It’s quiet on the street mostly, except for when the local market gets busy on certain days. We don’t really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about a project through a friend. It’s straightforward work. We show up, do what needs doing, and head home to our families. The 2nd Lane area is easy enough to find if you’re coming from the main road. It's a decent place to work from. We keep a few chairs for visitors, but usually, we're just standing around a table looking at blueprints. The office cat sometimes wanders in from the street, and we don't mind.
