We are over here in Kolhapur, specifically at A-17 in Arihant Park. It’s right behind the SSC Board office, so if you know Rajendra Nagar, we are pretty easy to find. Most days we are just busy keeping things moving with the local property stuff. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular space where a few of us sit and handle the paperwork that comes with managing land and buildings in this part of town. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside during the school board season, but we’ve gotten used to it. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on sites nearby. It’s a lot of back and forth with people looking for places or trying to fix issues with their current ones. We’ve been here for a while now. The tea shop around the corner is where we usually end up in the afternoons to talk about the day. It’s not a big corporate setup, just a local team trying to stay on top of the work. We know the streets here well. If you walk past the SSC board and head towards Rajendra Nagar, you’ll see our sign. It’s a steady pace most weeks, though Mondays always seem to have more stuff piled up on the desks than we expect. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful when someone walks in with a question about a local plot.
