D & D Company

Our company is based out in Sheloli, which is in the Bhudargad Taluka of Kolhapur district. It’s a bit of a distance from the big cities, but we like the quiet of the area. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Most of our work involves local matters and serving the people in this part of the district. It’s a simple operation with just a few of us handling the daily chores. We don't have high-speed internet that works all the time, and sometimes the power goes out, but we make do with what we have. It’s about being practical and getting the job finished. The air is fresher here than in the city, and we know almost everyone who walks through our door. We don't use any fancy management techniques or corporate jargon. We just talk to people like humans and try to be helpful when we can. Our office is modest, with just the basic tools we need to get through the day. We have a lot of respect for the land and the people around here. It’s a different way of doing business, one built on long-term relationships and just being honest about what we can do. We aren't trying to change the world; we are just trying to do our part in Sheloli and keep things running for our families and neighbors. It is a slow life, but it works for us.
