We are situated at Plot No 7/1 in the Guru Row Houses, over in the Sane Guruji Vasahat area of Kolhapur. It’s a much quieter pace of life here compared to the big cities like Mumbai or Pune. Our office is basically part of a residential row house, so it feels very much like a home rather than a place of business. We handle property development and construction matters for the local area here. There is a small garden out front that we try to keep alive, though the summer sun is tough on the plants. Inside, it’s just a few desks and a cupboard full of site plans and old records. We know most of the neighbors by name since we see them every morning when we arrive. The pincode here is 416012, and we’ve been here long enough that people just know to come to the row house if they need to talk about land or new buildings. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; whoever is closest to the door just answers it when someone knocks. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we still get our work done on time. We focus on the projects around Kolhapur and make sure things are moving as they should be. It’s honest work, and we like being part of this community. No big corporate headquarters for us, just this simple spot in a nice neighborhood. It works for us.
