Menon & Menon Ltd.

Menon & Menon Ltd. is based out of Vikramnagar. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the big city centers, and we like it that way. We’ve been part of the landscape here for quite some time. The office isn’t anything out of the ordinary. It’s a place where we come to handle the engineering and business side of things. We have a lot of history in this area, and many of the people who work here have been with us for years. There’s a certain way we do things, and it’s mostly based on just getting the work done right the first time. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe ourselves. We are just a company that makes things and manages projects. The days can be long, especially when we have a big order to get through, but that’s the nature of the work. Vikramnagar provides a good backdrop for us. It’s got a bit more space than you’d find in the middle of a crowded metro. We focus on our daily production and making sure our staff is taken care of. There’s no big secret to how we operate. We just show up every morning, check the schedules, and get to it. We’ve seen the industry change a lot over the decades, but we just keep adapting in our own quiet way. It’s a solid, dependable place to work, and we are proud to be part of the community.
