Our office is at Plot No. 1 in the Daulat Hira building. We are located in Dafale Colony, right near the old water tank in the Uchgaon Gul Market area. That water tank is a good way to find us if you are new to the area. SMARTMAITRIN PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation. We don't have a big corporate office or a lot of employees. It’s just a few of us here every day. The Gul Market is a busy place, and there is always a lot of noise and activity outside our door. We like being part of that energy. We do various types of project work around the city. Our office is pretty basic. We have some desks and a lot of maps and plans pinned to the walls. We don't spend a lot of time on decorations. We’d rather focus on getting the work done. If you call us, you’ll talk to one of the people actually doing the work, not a computer or a receptionist. We keep things very direct and simple. There’s no need for complicated corporate systems here. We just look at what needs to be built and we figure out how to do it. It’s not always easy, but it’s satisfying to see a project through to the end. We’ve been here in Uchgaon for a while now and we plan to stay for a long time doing the work we know best.
