Shobha Shanti Residency isn't a massive skyscraper, just a comfortable spot where we’ve set up our base. We spend most of our mornings checking on materials and the afternoons are usually spent visiting different sites around Karvir. The local weather can be unpredictable, but we’ve learned to work around it. Our team is small, mostly just a few of us who have lived in Kolhapur for a long time. We don't use big words or try to act like we're a giant corporation. We're just a local buildcon firm trying to do a solid job on the projects we take on. Sometimes we have tea with the neighbors or talk to the shopkeepers down the street. It’s a very grounded way of doing business. If you’re around Pratibha Nagar, you’ll probably see our white pickup truck parked outside the residency. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It is plain and simple work for us every single day.
