Rohini Metal Industries

Rohini Metal Industries is located at Plot C-58 in the MIDC area of Shiroli. It’s a pretty standard industrial plot. We have a gate that squeaks when you open it and a yard that gets a bit muddy when it rains. Inside, the space is mostly dedicated to processing metal. We’ve got some older machines that still work perfectly fine if you know how to talk to them. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it needs doing. The sun beats down on the metal roof in the afternoon, making it pretty warm inside, so we keep the big doors open for a breeze. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or decorating the office. The office is just a small corner with a filing cabinet and a computer that’s a few years old. We deal with suppliers and transport guys all day long. Shiroli is a busy hub, so there’s always a truck backing in or pulling out somewhere nearby. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the other owners on this block. We just keep our heads down and get through the orders as they come in. There’s no secret to it, just showing up every morning and doing the work that’s on the list for that day. We don't promise anything other than showing up and finishing. It's a living and we're okay with that. Sometimes the local tea stall brings us snacks in the evening which is the highlight of our day.
