RJP Developers Llp is based out of Kolhapur, specifically in the Mali Colony area. Our office is in Maitray Hights, which is a building most locals are familiar with. We are up on the fifth floor in Flat No 501. The address is a bit long on paper—Plot No 18, RS No 1182/187—but once you find Takala and Rajarampuri, it is easy enough to get to. We have been operating from here for a while now. The office feels very much like a part of the neighborhood. It is not one of those cold, modern glass buildings. It is a place where people actually work and talk. We have a small team, and we usually know everyone who walks through the door. Kolhapur has a different vibe than the bigger cities, and we try to keep that local feel in how we run things. There is always a lot of activity in the colony, and we are right in the middle of it. Our desks are usually piled with documents and site maps. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting locations, but the office is where everything gets sorted out. It’s a plain, functional space. We don't have fancy marketing materials on the walls, just the stuff we need to do our jobs every day. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace here and how everyone knows each other.
