R KIRAN CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our office for R Kiran Constructions LLP is right here in Kolhapur. We are located at Devyani Apartments, specifically Flat No. 1 in the 357-1 E block. This is in Torana Nagar, which is part of the Pratibha Nagar area in Karvir. It has more of a home-office feel than a corporate building. We handle all the construction planning and the math from this ground-floor flat. It is convenient because we can easily load up the truck and head out to our projects around the city. Kolhapur is where we grew up and where we do all our work. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a small team of us keeping the paperwork in order and making sure the sites are running the way they should. Pratibha Nagar is a fairly quiet spot, which helps when we need to focus on complex building plans or budgets. We do not use a lot of fancy words or try to impress anyone with expensive offices. R Kiran Constructions is just a practical name for what we do every day. Sometimes we are here late into the night finishing up drawings. The address is easy to find if you know where Devyani Apartments is located. We like working in Karvir because we know the local suppliers and the people around here. It is just regular guys doing building work without any big mission statements.
