We operate out of a bungalow unit in Nagala Park, which is a fairly well-known part of Kolhapur. Our place is Unit C-1, right near the Yashda Apartment building in E Ward. It’s a bit different than a standard glass-and-steel office because it’s an old bungalow setup. This gives us a bit more room to breathe and store some of our equipment. Patki Infra has been rooted here for a while, and most of us grew up in or around Karvir. We handle a lot of local infrastructure work, mostly things that people don’t think about until they see the construction crews out on the road. The office is usually a bit chaotic with site maps spread across the tables and the sound of the printer going non-stop. We don't bother much with professional decor; we just need a place that works. Being in Nagala Park is convenient because it's easy for our partners to find us. We spend a lot of time traveling between different project sites in Maharashtra, but this bungalow is where all the planning happens. Sometimes we sit out front when the weather is decent to talk through project hurdles. It’s a straightforward way of working. No one here wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We are more comfortable in work boots and casual clothes because we’re usually heading out to a site anyway. It's just how we run things here in the neighborhood.
