We are based in Kolhapur, specifically at Plot No. 7/10 in the Pragati Housing Society, right near the STPI IT Park in Temblaiwadi. Kolhapur is a bit different from the big, noisy metros like Mumbai or Pune, but we’re doing the same kind of digital work here at Aya Digital Services. Our office is in a residential-looking area, which actually makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a cold office tower. We handle digital services, helping businesses get online or manage their data and accounts. It’s nice being near the IT Park because you feel like you’re part of the tech growth happening in the city. We aren't a massive team with fancy titles. It’s mostly local folks who know their way around a computer and like solving problems. We don't go for big corporate jargon or polished presentations. We just talk to people like normal and try to figure out what they actually need for their websites or social media. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up for a bit, but we just deal with it and get back to work. It’s a humble setup. We like being in Kolhapur because the pace is a little more manageable and the food is great. You can get to work without spending three hours stuck in a car. We do our best to stay updated with new tech. It’s just a regular office where we drink coffee and try to keep things running.
