Ongp Buildcon Llp

You can find us at Plot Number 82 in Society Number 1. We are right near the Maruti Mandir in the R. K. Nagar area of Kolhapur. It is a nice spot, fairly easy to find because everyone knows the temple. Ongp Buildcon Llp is just a local business. We do not have a big corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, it is just one of us answering the door or the phone. We work on building projects around the city. Kolhapur is a great place to work, though the summers can get really hot and slow everything down. We spend a lot of our time talking to suppliers and making sure the trucks can get into the narrow streets. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes things do not go as planned. We have had our fair share of delays and mistakes over the years, but we just keep going. We do not pretend to be anything we are not. We are just builders who know how to put a structure together. People in the neighborhood know us, and we like it that way. It is more about the long-term relationships than making a quick buck. We keep the office simple and focus on the site work. If you drop by, you will probably see us looking at maps or drinking coffee while we wait for a contractor to show up or for a delivery to arrive.
