Mega World Event is tucked away in 4th Lane over in Rajarampuri. If you know where Naturel Ice Cream is, then you've basically found us. Kolhapur is the kind of city where word travels fast, so we mostly just focus on doing our job and letting people talk. Our office isn't anything too special to look at, but it’s where all the phone calls and lists happen. Organizing things for local folks keeps us pretty busy most weeks. Some days are just filled with checking schedules and making sure we didn't forget a piece of equipment. It’s not always pretty work; there’s a lot of lugging stuff around and dealing with last-minute changes that happen in this business. We’ve been at this 1573 E Ward address for a bit now and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors. Sometimes the traffic in Rajarampuri gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but it's a good spot to be. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just set things up and hope the weather stays nice for whatever is planned. It’s a lot of small details that most people don’t even notice until something goes wrong, so we try to keep our eyes open. Being a local business in Kolhapur means you see the same faces often, which is nice. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing.
