D K Events

We are located at 1603 A, on Tarabai Road in the Rankala area of Kolhapur. Most people know the landmark near us, which is the Vada Kombada Maruti Hotel. Being so close to Rankala means we get to see the lake and the crowds every day. D K Events is basically a small office where we keep all our event gear and records. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. We do a lot of work for local festivals and weddings in Kolhapur. It involves a lot of moving heavy stuff around and making sure the tents are tied down properly. The weather here can be unpredictable, so we always have to be ready for a sudden downpour. Our team is just a few local guys who know how to get things done. We don't wear uniforms and we don't have a fancy reception. It’s just a place where we sit and figure out the logistics for the next party. Sometimes we are working late into the night at a venue and then we have to be up early the next day to pack it all away. It’s tiring work, but it’s what we do. We have been in this spot on Tarabai Road for quite some time now. We know the local decorators and flower sellers well. We just take things one event at a time and try to keep things simple.
