A1 Event Management

We are located at Shop No 1 on Pearl Hotel Road in Kolhapur. It’s right across from the Bhuvikas Bank near the CBS stand. This area is always moving with people coming off the buses and heading into town. We started A1 Event Management because we saw how much work goes into putting things together around here. Most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting people at the shop to talk about what they need for their upcoming dates. It gets pretty loud outside with the traffic from the stand, but we are used to it by now. We handle the logistical stuff that people usually find stressful. The office isn’t anything fancy, just a few desks and some files where we keep track of everything. We’ve been in Kolhapur for a while and know the local vendors pretty well. Sometimes we are out late at sites making sure things are where they should be. Pearl Hotel Road is a good spot for us because everyone knows where the bank is. If you walk past the CBS stand, you can’t really miss the shop. We just try to keep things organized so the events go off without too many problems. It’s a lot of coordination and double-checking lists. We don't really have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to get things done when the pressure is on. It is honest work and it keeps us busy.
