Bhosale Catering

We have been operating Bhosale Catering from 76 Sane Guruji Housing Society for a while now. It is right on Radhanagari Road near Rankala in Kolhapur. Most days, we are busy in the kitchen getting things ready for whatever order came in that morning. Being in the 416010 zip code area means we see a lot of familiar faces from the neighborhood. It is a quiet housing society, but our work keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the smells from the cooking drift out onto the street. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure it gets delivered where it needs to go. We started out small and stayed here because it’s a good spot for us. People know where to find us if they need something for a family gathering. We don't have a fancy office, just our workspace near the lake. Rankala is a nice part of town to be in. We handle the pots and pans ourselves mostly. Every day is a bit different depending on who calls. It is just hard work and making sure the spice levels are what people expect around here. We are usually here early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. Dealing with local suppliers is a big part of what we do. We just keep things simple and stay organized in the middle of all the cooking. Sometimes we run out of space when the orders are big, but we manage. The traffic on Radhanagari Road is a bit much, so we get deliveries out early.
