If you are looking for MD Landmarks, we are based in Kolhapur, specifically in the Rajarampuri area. Our office is actually in a residential-style building called Karekar Sankul on the 10th Lane of E Ward. We are in flat F-1. It’s a bit different from a standard glass office building, but it suits us just fine. Rajarampuri is a busy neighborhood with a lot of local shops and homes mixed together. We’ve been operating out of this flat for a while now. It’s a bit crowded with all the files and folders we need for our work, but we manage. We handle property and land deals, so we spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and various sites around Kolhapur. The office isn't fancy, just some regular furniture and the usual equipment you need to run a business. We usually have the windows open to catch the breeze. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just us doing the work and talking to people who know about us through word of mouth. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we like the fact that we are right in the heart of the community. Most of our neighbors know who we are and what we do. It’s a simple, honest way to run our company.
