Our place is in Shop No 3 of the Nilgiri Apartment, which is located in the Karvir area of Kolhapur. It’s a small shopfront that we’ve turned into our main office for the home building business. We’re right there on R.S.No. 532/1 Peki 3. Being in a shop like this means people from the neighborhood often stop by just to say hello or ask a quick question about a house they’re thinking of fixing up. We like that community feel. We focus on building homes, so a lot of our time is spent talking to families and trying to figure out what they need. It’s not about fancy designs for us; it’s about making sure a house is sturdy and comfortable to live in. The office is usually a bit dusty because we’re always bringing in samples of tiles or wood from the sites. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us here in Maharashtra. We just keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It’s honest work, and we enjoy seeing a family move into a place we helped build. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we’ve become a fixture in the local area. No frills, just building houses for people. That is basically what we do and we like doing it here in Nilgiri Apartment.
