Our setup is based in Vidya Vihar Colony over in Palus. It’s a bit of a distance from the main Pune office where the name comes from, but we make it work here in Sangli district. The area is mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the city noise. We have been working out of this spot for some time, managing things for the clubs and the resort side of the business. It’s mostly paperwork and coordinating with the ground staff. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space with desks and some chairs. In the rainy season, the roads around the colony get a bit muddy, but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. We usually start our day around nine, making sure all the bookings and schedules are lined up. Sometimes we have to travel a bit to see the sites, but mostly we are right here at the desk. People in Palus are friendly, and we often get our lunch from the local mess nearby. We don’t use big fancy words or have complicated meetings. We just talk about what needs fixing or who is coming to stay. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until the sun goes down over the fields nearby. There is a lot to do, but we enjoy the slower pace of the colony.
